To complement our extensive product range, we offer one of the largest plastics machining facilities in the UK, dedicating 25,000 sqft to the very latest in specialist bespoke machining.Our comprehensive facility includes the latest CAD-CAM design incorporating CNC routers, mills, lathes and saws operated by skilled personnel – offering a same day cut-to-size service whilst providing the same consistently high level of quality on bespoke products whether the order is for one part or thousands.
Working closely with our customers, we identify the most technically and commercially appropriate solutions for their requirements. Helping to minimise client's tooling costs and providing a single source of responsibility, we offer a bespoke, fast turnaround maching service for components, whatever the size required.
Our sophisticated CNC equipment enables us to provide a high quality finish, batch consistency and close tolerance work. Plant capacity includes lathes, milling machines, large bed routers and beam saws. In addition to the latest CNC equipment, we employ skilled engineers who are equally at home with traditional lathes, mills, routers and planing machines.
Processors of all grades of plastics, our experienced machinists ensure consistency of quality, whilst our unrivalled knowledge of the materials available enables us to advise customers on product stability and suitability.
