Installation typically involves the following steps:
Drill a hole through your sheet and into the substrate, matching the rivet diameter.
Clean any debris and ensure the hole is free from obstructions.
Insert the rivet fully through the sheet and into the substrate until the flange sits flush on the sheet face.
Knock in or drive the centre pin until it seats fully — this causes the rivet body to expand behind the substrate, locking it in place.
Remove any debris and inspect the fix to ensure the head is flush and the rivet is seated firmly. Always refer to the substrate manufacturer’s guidance and use the correct drill size and installation tool.
