Recycled UHMW-PE offers outstanding abrasion resistance, low moisture absorption, and a low coefficient of friction. It can also help support sustainability goals by incorporating recycled content without compromising performance in many industrial applications.
Recycled UHMW-PE is commonly used for wear strips, chain guides, liners, chute linings, conveyor components, and other material handling parts where low friction and high wear resistance are required.
Recycled UHMW-PE provides similar low-friction and wear-resistant properties to standard UHMW-PE while incorporating recycled material content. Specific grades may also include performance-enhancing additives, such as lubrication, UV stabilisers, or static dissipative properties.
