Premierbond HT is a crystal clear premium hybrid MS polymer adhesive engineered for superior high-tack performance and ideal for seamless joins. Delivering up to twice the initial grab of many conventional adhesives, it provides a strong, reliable bond on vertical surfaces. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it offers excellent resistance to water, frost, and temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C.

In addition to its powerful adhesive properties, Premierbond HT can also be used as a silicone alternative for sealing and bonding applications.

What are the application conditions and limitations to be aware of?

Application and storage guidance includes:

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust/grease; at least one substrate surface should be porous to allow the adhesive to cure properly.
Application temperature range for the “Premierbond HT” variant is approximately +5 °C to +40 °C.
Certain substrates are not suitable (for example: PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, bituminous substrates) in that specific variant.

What is the expected curing time and shelf life of the adhesive?

For the “Premierbond HT” variant:

Initial cure time: about 24 hours at standard conditions (23 °C / 55% RH)
Shelf life when stored unopened: up to 18 months under appropriate conditions.
