NeXUS is now LIVE!
Following a long period of planning, development and preparation our NeXUS ERP system is live across the Oadby Group. This bespoke system demonstrates our continual commitment to bring the latest innovation and technology to our businesses.
With the system Initially launching on the 4th of May 2021 at ABG Rubber & Plastics Ltd, the transition to a wider group rollout has been one of trial and error and gradually integrating key system processes. Early notable improvements in the system change highlighted increased visibility in business performance regarding production efficiency, scheduling, traceability, on-time deliveries and profitability.
On the 1st of November 2021 NeXUS reached its next milestone with a successful launch at Anglia Plastics Ltd. Despite being a new system the team at Anglia quickly learned the basics and provided important feedback on the system’s intuitiveness, ease of navigation and responsiveness.
In Q1 2022, the final stage of a group wide rollout included training dedicated champions on the new system. This enabled different departments to carry out their own training and pass on knowledge to their teams, ensuring Oadby Plastics Ltd was fully prepared for a complete system integration.
With NeXUS launching on the 3rd of May 2022 across the Oadby Group, the system aims to bring together best working practices across sales, finance, account management, customer service, purchasing, production and warehouse management. This ambitious system will see Oadby continue to improve our customer experience, performance and relationships well into the future.
